New Stream user - broadband query

My stream pucks should be delivered in next few days but quick (probably silly) question -

Sky broadband isnt due to go live until Sep 5th, am I able to use the pucks when they arrive with my current broadband connection or do I have to wait for the Sky broadband to go live?

If i am ok to set them straight up how do I change it all when new BB is installed?

Yes it will generally work with any ISP, it just needs an internet connection.

When your new broadband is setup you can go into the network settings on the puck and reset the settings which will bring up the options to select a new network to connect to.
