New Sky OS

anyone know what the below is about ? It says get the new sky os, but when you click on it just gives you info about what it includes, nowhere to actually 'get it' as it states.

Hi @GD1

Just out of curiosity, should info about the new SkyOS not have shown up for the general Sky Customers? Or can't you say too much, as I presume it's been talked about in the Closed Forum?

Thanks in Advance

Barry 🙂

HI @Barry+Mc+Kelvey

The trial is only available to Sky Glass and Sky Stream customers. Customers will be selected at random to join the trial.

Selected customers can join either on their Glass TV/Sky Stream puck or via the VIP section of the My Sky app.

Thanks

Re: New Sky OS

Yeah I was thinking that, but it says sign up, but all it says when I click on it is explore the new os and shows me a few screens with new features, nothing about how to sign up or how to enter a trial.

Re: New Sky OS

Hi Kev

it isn't giving me the option of signing up on my sky stream puck, it only gives me a screen where I can explore a few screenshots of new features

Re: New Sky OS

However I have just checked sky vip on the sky app on my phone and I had an option to join the trial on there, which I have now joined, it just says coming soon now, and that I don't need to do anything else right now

Thanks for that information. I'm a Sky VIP Diamond Customer, I'm not seeing it in My Sky. I guess I wasn't lucky enough to get selected.

Can you share in here, in what the trial entails?

Thanks in Advance
