Re: Play from start

I found that, if I reset the PUCK it takes it back to the original firmware version and the rewind option is then back as it was. Yippee. Unfortunately, after a couple of minutes the firmware automatically updates to version 2, then the rewind option has disappeared again. I can't see a way of stopping any updates.

Having had a few weeks now to get used to the 2.0 i must say why does Sky not gave you an official way to gave feedback

it  come up on my tv asking if inwould take part which i did

a few weeks later while watching tv my tv just updated itself and upgraded to 2,0

now iv had a few weeks to get used it i mostly approve to me its better colours and definition and fingers crossed so far none of the old versions lag

also the blanking of the tiles your highlighting of the old version seems to be fixed

what i would say 2.0 would benefit from feom bringing the original versions one click picture in picture preview on the channel search amd the double click to choose the programme

Come

on

Sky you asked us to take part in the trail and asked for our opinion and give is no way to express it

Its as annoying as you upgrading the Sky glass tv to a better version the moment you sold me the old version stating it was the update best that could be bought

you need to do better take take take no giving back to your loyal customers

This thread is where you give feedback @Nothappy61  sky have asked that you post good points, bad points and suggestions here.

@JandD If you signed up to be a part of the trial of Sky OS 2.0 then your puck will keep updating to that version. If you want to leave the beta trial the instructions on how to do that are here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-os-trial

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

I'm loving sky os so far.  The only real issue I have found so far is if you flick up and down through channels and pass through 3 that require pin entry it takes it as three attempts and blocks you from entering a pin for 10 minutes.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Sound dropped out last night had to set it to  PCM to hear anything . This also happened  on 1.3 , so it may be a continuing compatibility  issue with my  LG TV ..

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

It's the only thread Sky have specifically told customers to post on so if I were you I'd post your feedback on there.

@Smitgla as @Angel_Aka says that is the thread that Sky are monitoring and feeding back to the developers etc, so any feedback good or bad will be fed back to them along with problems etc
