@robtodd  You can't "Opt In" if you never received an invite via the mysky app or Glass/Stream then you can't join the beta.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Not sure if this is a bug - but I do not have the option to start from beginning on any CH4 programmes. I have tried restarting the box etc and it makes no difference

Yes noticed the same, since move to Sky OS 2.0

Some ITV programmes often does not provide watch from start. it seems to sometimes be hit and miss.

But mostly C4 does.

Seems though last hour that both programmes shown, Watch from Start is working again on C4.

Hi @Hoover123 I have also noticed this.  It appears to depend on the actual programme being broadcast.

If WFS is available but not showing there is a solution albeit a little long-winded.  If the WFS option is not available select the TV guide instead.  This takes you to the guide and if you select the appropriate programme and hold your remote select button for a couple of seconds the page will change to a synopsis page which contains the WFS icon.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Yep things from me so far

Does "default to live TV" in the startup and standby setting work for anyone? It only seems to be an option on my black plug puck?  It's set to on, but when the pick starts up it still displays the home screen.

What the sky cinema and sky sports logos on the new look EPG as so small you can't read them.

That is how it works.

The default channel will be playing in the background, press back key and it will play full screen.

The option may be running as a form of A/B test, so not all your devices may have it.

Have noticed a few have mentioned the new  2.0 logo designs, so expect it has been noted.

Thanks for the feedback.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Ah, I'll try that thanks.

When watching an epg channel, can I easily get back to the epg with the current channel centered in the epg?

If I press the home button and select epg, the epg starts at the beginning.

Re: New Sky OS

Following the new OS update:

- all my "favourite channels" don't appear on the home screen before the manager favourite option shows. Only 20 of the available 49 shows.

- When you scroll channels using the arrow buttons, it now scrolls through the full TV guide, instead of favourite channels like it used to. It would be good to have the option in settings to switch.

Other than that, first impressions of new system is good and user friendly.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Just tried lauching a Netflix programme from my watchlist, it attempted to launch the Netflix app but was met by a black screen instead. Closing all apps from the Settings/System management section and then trying to launch the programme again from the watchlist worked.

Re: New Sky OS 2.0

Some positive feedback.

EPG is far more responsive than previous OS, also a big step forward is that so far I have not had to wait for the programmes to load as I scroll down the EPG, this was a big issue with the previous OS EPG.

Recording programs is a massive step forward which works be complete once BBC, ITV and Channel 4 programs can be recorded.

I've not seen a blank tile either, so that's good.

A future feature request for the EPG world be have the ability to scroll back in time a few days to be able to select and watch (via catch-up) program episodes you may have missed.  (Our Freeview TV's EPG does this).
