New Purchase

I'm trying to purchase Sky products  online for the first time but neither payment methods i.e. debit card of IBAN/BIC want to take my money.

My address details are correct and I've cut and paste the IBAN/BIC from my online banking so know these are correct.

Why is making payment so difficult?

Are they registered to UK or ROI addresses?

I've got a UK bank account and purchasing from Sky Italy website with my italian address

I'm afraid you're on the wrong forum, then. This forum supports Sky in the UK and ROI.

That's probably the issue then I bet Sky Italy will only support Italian card and bank details.

 

FYI - This forum is for Sky UK ( and ROI), Sky Italia is separate subsidiary company that will have their own customer services contact details.
