My mum has sky, purchased a movie via sky go app on her phone,but it's not showing on her tv playlist, even though she is signed in. Can anyone help?
I don't have sky so might be missing something obvious!

Hi @Cath57
As per @BenJoBanjo response. If you go Playlist and scroll down there is a button called "Sky Store Purchases" this will open Sky store and you can view and playback from there.

I don't have sky so might be missing something obvious!
If she purchased it via Sky Store then she needs to log in to the Sky Store app on her Stream puck or Glass TV. It won't appear on the playlist.
