Hi,
I have just added whole home and recieved an extra puck for the bedroom but as soon as it starts up it freezes and goes to a black screen.
I have tried both wifi and a wired connection, have 100 to 130mbs in both living room and bedroom (although I cant check this through Netflix as the puck doesnt stay on long enough! Original Puck works fine in both living room and bedroom. How do I go about getting a replacement puck?
