Further stream problems
Further to not being able to start from begining now every time I go on to a program on the guide or my playlist the image dissapears... What the heck is going on with sky software... Really amaturish, a hack or SKY just don't care about customer experience. Every week the service on stream seems to get worse. Poor show SKY.

Re: Further stream problems
Hi @Databasejohn it sounds as though your puck is building up some software glitches which may be helped by rebooting your puck by going into settings >system management > resets & updates > Restart device. This take a couple of minutes and you will have a blank screen for a while before the Sky logo appears.
I would also refresh your apps in the same menu structure and selecting refresh Apps. This can take a few hours but as it is done in the background you can continue using your Glass (I tend to do it overnight)

Re: Further stream problems
As above, a settings restart generally resolves such temporary issues.
It's just a small build up of cache.
The settings restart is worth doing once a week to help, much like you would do for any kind of device, mobile, laptop, iPad etc.
Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.
Different ways to get to the settings menu;
Hit the . . . button on your remote and select settings, use voice saying 'settings' or scroll down to the settings menu on the home menu.
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +

Re: Further stream problems
@lettice I agree about doing regular reboots and I always think this is why I have relatively few issues with my puck. I tend to do it every 10 days or so unless necessary before that. In fact I did a maintenance reboot yesterday along with my phone and laptop.

Re: Further stream problems
I get the same issue, images/tiles disappearing when moving onto them, "Continue Watching" becoming unclickable.
A system restart resolves it for a while, I've also done a full update restart (switch off at mains, hold down power button, switch on at mains until the light on the stream puck starts flashing and let go).
Problem always returns quite quickly, I have 2 pucks and the same issue started happening on both pucks recently, presumable when the last software update started happening.
The UI just keeps getting worse

Re: Further stream problems
Same with me. Fixed for a while then worse... All times dissapeared today and can't get some shows at all on my pkaylist.
I don't know what SKY think they are doing with their software upgrades except driving customers to rival platforms.
It seems to get worse with time.
