My Netflix app or any others won't open first time user it says not available at the moment

Sorry your post is a little vague. Do you mean it gives you that error but then you try again and it works? Or do you mean it's not working at all? Have you tried powering off your puck for a few minutes at the mains? Have you checked your puck is connected to the internet? Is live TV working? Who is your ISP?

 

Remember we are fellow subscribers on the forum. We don't know anything about your setup unless you tell us.

Apologies it's first time set up and we've tried to watch Netflix and it says sorry this app is currently unavailable, same with 5 any of them tbh
