How overdue was your payment? Have you re-setup your direct debit or monthly card payment?

Hi @Munchkin03
You need to make payment and ensure a new continuous payment method has been set up. If you have added updated payment information and paid the balance, try restarting your equipment as outlined here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/missed-payments-sky-glass
However failing this you will need to call Sky. We are fellow subscribers like yourself here on the forum.
