Netflix
Why do I have to always unplug my Puck and restart Puck each time I want to watch programmes on Netflix it is really starting to get on my nerves, nothing but problems since I changed to Sky.

@Leigh2909 How is your puck connected to your router? Have you ran a speed test using the netflix app?

Yes, internect connection has green tick, connection speed 44.76Mbps
on netflix screen it comes up with error code tvq-pb-101 (8.1). Tells me to unplug streaming device and wait 30 seconds
dont think I should need to do this everytime I want tomwatch Netflix

@Leigh2909 In the puck menu go to settings --> system management --> resets and updates --> refresh apps click refresh
