@Dee163  You'll need to provide more info as "Nothing happening" isn't telling the forum what the actual issue is.

Have you gone through the setup steps?  https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-stream/setting-up-sky-stream/articles/setting-up-sky-str...

Re: The sky stream box

  • The instructions are not very clear? Also my Internet is not active untill 24th. Could this be the issue?

Re: The sky stream box

A Sky Puck will not work without an adequate BB service😉

Part of the self install is to connect the puck to an active BB service🤔

@Dee163  Do you have broadband at all? Or are you waiting for it to be installed?  If the latter you won't be able to setup your Stream Puck until there is an active broadband connection.

Re: The sky stream box

Yes, he said the broadband would be ready on 24th of this month.

What confused me was the guy who sold me the sky said just plug in then I will be ready to go. I asked him don't I need to wait for the broadband, and he definitely replied No!

Thanks for your guidance on the matter.

@Dee163  If your broadband isn't due to be connected for a week then there is nothing for your stream puck to connect to as it needs a broadband service.

If you had an existing broadband service then yes it would be just plug & play, but as you don't then you can't connect it up.

Re: The sky stream box

Did you tell him you did not have an active BB service?

I would think he interpreted that as you asking if you needed to wait for Sky broadband.
