Netflix

Iv already got Netflix premium free with my phone contract how do I add it to sky it's saying I have to swap it over and start paying again but pointless if I get it free with my phone is there a way for me to log in without changing it billing to sky?

In that case create a new Netflix account ( as a dummy account) that you can use as the first login from your Sky puck so that Sky links to that account. Then you can just logout of Netflix on the Sky puck and log in using your exiting Netflix account.

Yup, just log into the app with the credentials associated with the NetFlix account.  You don't have to pay Sky anything but can use the App on the Q.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Unfortunately that would cause billing to switch to Sky on the default Standard with Adverts tier.  As @MarkGoldsmith indicates, some shenanigans is required to avoid this.
