Sky stream puck activation in a loop

 I receive this message each time I get to final step of puck activation. It wirks but I am unable to enter code to link to My Sky; HOWEVER, I see the puck as activated within My Sky App. 
I have reinstslled several times. 
frustated!

Hi @KRM2020 

 

Try browsing to sky.com and signing in before going to sky.com/activate. You also need to be using a Sky ID with the same email address as the one provided when you ordered your puck.

 

If this isnt working you will need to call sky for assistance as we are fellow customers here on the community.
