Netflix will not open through Sky

For a few weeks now, Netflix will not open on my TV. It's paid for through Sky but just get the spinning wheel and it never opens... rebooting the box works every now and again but not every time

My broadband is with Sky. No, just get the Netflix logo and the spinning wheel. Having researched this a little more, it's a widespread known issue. It's so frustrating! How can this be going on for so long.
