Netflix still charging me

Hi. I had Sky Stream then switched back to Sky Q and then Sky Stream again. Netflix included in my package. When I've gone back to Stream its remembered my log in details for Netflix and not asked me to reactivate anything. Last week Netflix took my subscription directly from my card. Tried loggin out and back in to see if that prompted a activation page to link to my sky subscription. Tried searching online as well but it just tells me to load up netflix and it should get me to link it up when I first log in. Any ideas?
