Watching sky channels last night and all of a sudden the puck just closed down for unknown reasons or the channels just went off air I checked the puck no.light on as I could see but the Ethernet cable was still flashing so it's still on it seemed and it was still live it seems but last night it suddenly stopped working again and channels went off air not sure what caused it to play up and channels said we have technical issue with the channels please come back soon
