Hi,
i have a sky puck and a couple of days ago it stopped loading netflix content when you click on play. When I find the content and click play it does not start the content, it just plays the background content (normally the trailer). I have tried restarting the puck and refresh the apps. Netflix works well on other devices and other apps works on the puck. Anyone experiencing the same thing or know what to do?

Hi @Stian123
Try the following on the new UI: Open netflix > go to profile icon (top left) > get help?
Or this on the old UI: Left hand menu > get help?
And select reload Netflix.
This all force a clear of the cache and reset the app. You will need to log back in.

so the reload doesn`t log you out, but I just signed out and then back in again and it seemed to work. Should have tried that before, lol.

O have a sky puck and netflix also does not load. I have power cycled both puck and router and same issue. I click neflix and I get a plain black screen with no swirling circle or anything. Refresh apps also does not resolve the issue.

This is driving me mad . I think it's something to do with the software that Netflix has now to stop people watching a different addresses as if I refresh it asks me to confirm I'm watching form same address . It works fine on Apple TV so account is ok.
I've done usual app refresh , power cycle etc etc .
it's a bug and annoying

I have logged the app out on my puck and still the issue persists. The only thing I have noticed is I have a server 2 error. Netflix website states this is due to a network connectivity issue. The only work around I have found so far is.... When netflix does not load, hit home, select any live channel, home again and launch the app. Hopefully sky/netflix will find a fix soon.
