Netflix not loading

Is anyone else having problems with Netflix not loading on sky puck?

It's been like it for 2-3 days now 😒

Hi @Smoo 

 

Try powering your puck off at the mains for a few minutes and then trying again. If this doesn't work open the Netflix app and go to settings (called get help on the netflix menu).

 

Scroll down to the option reload netflix. This will force refresh your netflix app and session.
