New puck
Please can you send me a new puck. Its very concerning tv blocks showing, unavailable, can't turn in, no signal.

Hi @Yo2
We are fellow subscribers on the forum not Sky customer services. If you require a replacement you will need to speak to Sky. However if you provide more information on the issues you are having the community will do it's best to assist.
From the limited information you have posted, have you tried unplugging your puck for a few minutes and trying again? Also what speed is your internet connection? You need 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
