My sky stream keeps freezing but the dialogue continues, at other times the screen is going off. I have tried to restart the puck but its made no difference.

This usually points to poor WiFi / network stability or low internet speeds. Who is your ISP and what speed do you get? Sky recommend minimum of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD.
You may have more success using an ethernet cable or homeplugs and turning WiFi off in the settings on the puck.

Thanks, my Internet provider is sky. I have been here for a year with the same Internet but never had any issues until today.
