Netflix not cancelled

My sky Stream account was cancelled months ago but when I went to cancel my netflix today, as I don't use it,  it says that it is still being managed by sky

@Ca11um_211 assuming you dont watch Netflix or pay Sky what is the issue? I think if you tried to use the account it would cancel quite quickly see https://help.netflix.com/en/node/104505
