Blue screen please wait...

For the last week whenever I switch on my puck or glass gen 2 a blue screen with please wait... appears. Pressing home button gets rid of it and everything is fine. Only happens once a day the first time I switch on. My internet/ WiFi is fine, have tried putting networked standby mode to on, and overnight power saving to off, but makes no difference. Spent ages on phone to sky resetting glass and puck. This happened about a year ago and sky fixed it eventually, but it shouldn't be happening, can someone escalate this as can't be just me with this issue, thanks

Sorry to hear this but me and everyone else in the community don't work for Sky and don't have access to your account to escalate this issue.

I get this occasionally on my Glass too. I just hit standby on my remote and then turn it back on. Takes a few seconds to do this. No great problem.
