My remote or stream device is not working

My remote control or stream device is not working, I tried selecting the football yesterday and it failed to select any channels 

I switched it off and on with the button on the device,

I disconnected and reconnected the power

I switched it off and on with the remote, 

It failed to fix the problem 

I did a factory reset today and when I press 4 & 6 together to setup the remote it doesn't do anything, it is stuck on that screen
