Hi - maybe this has been answered before - does anyone have the same issue ? when watching netflix on the puck netflix is odd in 2 ways ....with the judder feature on what's shown every now and then seem to momentarily freeze and catch itself up with judder off it smears ...is it maybe my TV ? LG OLED ? or the cable? i've go used to the sound dropout from my soundbar which annoying are rescuing in frequency, im convinced its the puck as native netflix app doesn't do it nor does the fire stick i have
any advice or guidance greatfully received - cheers

An inherent problem with all the apps on Stream is that they don't match native frame rates. The puck will only output at 50Hz (judder reduction off) or 60Hz (judder reduction on) whereas apps such as Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video & Apple TV+ show content with native frame rates of 24fps. Such content will always have some form of judder (less at 60Hz) when viewed via a Stream puck.
If you want smooth, judder-free playback then you need to use your TV apps or a streaming device with fame rate matching.

Ahhh that makes sense. it just seemed like a glitch and thought the puck might be faulty. i enjoy the platform but i do think sky describe stream as a central hub and yet its clearly excuse the pun got some obvious flaws picture and sound eise etc. - price point stuff no doubt with the cost of pucks etc. thanks for the reply 😄👍

For high quality 4K DV/DA oiutput a Fire TV or Apple 4K device is required😉
