Hello all,

Why does the sound go mute when you fast forward and then you either have to back a little or in extreme circumstances restart the puck?

Is this yet another novelty function with this puck?

So after you fast forward there is no sound and does not return after you wait a short time?

That's correct. You need to rewind to regain the sound and in some cases you need to reboot.
