Netflix app not working

I have Netflix as part of my sky stream package however when I click on the app or any Netflix show I get an error message on screen saying sorry this app is unavailable please try again later. I have unplugged my box for a reboot and nothing has changed. It still will not open. All my other apps work just fine.

@Michelle851   You could try going to Settings and System management and chose App refresh.  This takes a few minute but you will know it's finished when it returns you to the Home Screen.
