Linking my account

I've had sky stream for 6 months but it wouldn't come on today. I've followed all the steps to reboot but I now have a message to link my account but get a message 'restricted access' it doesn't even show that I have sky stream on my app, there's not even a contract on it. Im now stuck as I can't watch anything.

@Autumnchild57  It sounds like you're using the worng Sky ID/Email with the mysky app as it would be highly unlikely for your account to disappear if you were using the correct details.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
