I've just purchased Sky Stream, all set up with all my apps working except Netflix. It says 'currently unavailable, try again later'.
Netflix is working on other devices fine. I've rebooted the puck, turned it off for a while and back on and refreshed the app.
any help please?

Called Sky, had to do a factory reset...now working...bizarre!

Hi @niffer84uk
App refreshes aren't instant and can take up to 24 hours. Try unplugging your puck for a prolonged period (5 to 10 minutes ) and trying again.
Failing this you will need skys assistance.

Thanks @mikealanr I'll leave it unplugged for a few hours and see how I go. I did try 10 mins last night with no luck unfortunately
