Netflix Dropped to HD

Just noticed Netflix on all devices is only offering HD, even though we are on the Premium level. The bill has been paid and broadband is whizzing along nicely so wondering if anyone else is noticing this?

No time to chase this up with Sky today but will tomorrow if not resolved.

If you log in to the Netflix website and check your account does it still say Premium in there?

If it does, check that your pucks are correctly set to output 2160P on the video output settings and check that your TV's HDMI port is correctly set up to receive 4K signals.

Re: Netflix Dropped to HD

That's all been checked., HD on all devices including mobilea, tablets and TVs!

Now had an email from Sky about the up and coming changes with regard to HBO, Disney, Netflix etc.

Coincidence?

You'll only get HD on mobiles and tablets anyway - there's no point showing 4K on a small screen.

Do you have the Netflix app on any of your smart TVs? Will they show 4K?

Your Netflix Premium upgrade fee should remain active until you cancel it via Sky. The upcoming HBO Max/Disney introduction has no effect on Netflix.

Netflix picture issues….again!

Seems like the issue with Netflix picture on stream is back again, every TV in the house suffering with poor pixilation after it resolving itself last year, anyone else?

Is Netflix Premium still listed on your Sky subscription?

@sammyh98   Have you tried going into Netflix via the Stream app, and going to Need Help, and scroll down to Video and see if HDR is switched on?

Have you definitely tried using the Netflix app on a 4K capable non-Sky device? So the app built in to your TV or on a 4K Firestick, an Apple TV 4K box for example? If you're not getting 4K from any of them then the issues lies at an account level rather than with Sky hardware.

If your Netflix account is listed as being on the Premium tier and your Sky subscription shows Premium as having been paid for then you'll need to contact Sky to investigate why it's not syncing between your Sky account and Netflix account.

I've set up my 1st sky stream, essentials, I was watching a series last night that was such bad quality through Netflix on Sky. I couldn't follow it!!!

It was perfect on my phone, and through the app on my tv!!!
