Netflix App
The Netflix App has been very unreliable lately. It doesn't load and we are just left with a black screen.

@Nain As this isn't anything to do with the Sky Go app, where you posted, your post has been moved.
Which TV service do you have? Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream?

Are you on Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass?
Sky Stream with two pucks (Former Sky Q and Sky+ customer), Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Protect kit tester.
