Sky puck flashing red and yellow then turns off. Only just got a sky according

Please help, my sky puck was delivered the other day and doesn't take me though the set up I've seen via the sky app. It starts with a whit light the changes to red and yellow/ orange then switches off.

 

What do I do or who can I contact?

If it's still not working click "No I still need help" and it will display you contact information for sky. Unfortunately we are fellow customers on the community and the forum software won't allows us to post numbers. Calling 150 also works if you are a sky landline or mobile customer.
