Netflix Account Link Issue

Hi All,

 

Getting really fed up with being passed around from Netlfix to Sky, from Sky to Netflix.  Can someone just own my issue!!!

 

I have been a premium member of Netflix since Dec 2019, purchased Sky Stream 2 months ago and the accounts are not linked.  Even tho I signed into Sky Stream with the correct credentials.  The profiles etc are all ok but the billing is not.  I am still being billed from Netflix.  

 

Just got off the phone to Netflix and they said the account is not linked and cannot offer a refund until it's linked so it's a Sky issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

 

Losing the will to live here.
