Rented a film from Sky store, the usual 30days to start then 48hrs to watch.
When I try to watch the movie, I keep getting the following on screen.
Playback unavailable at the moment. Please try again. Code(1100)
I have tried restarting the puck and checked all apps and software is the latest as suggested in other questions for sky glass and skyQ.
Any other advice that may help, before I complain and ask for my money back?

@Kezzymour Have you tried alternative payment, i.e. a different credit or debit card?

The money is showing as paid through my Internet banking and the 48hr time clock is ticking away for us to watch it, so I assume the payment wasn't the issue
