@Chanunwin  You are not contacting Sky customer servioces, this is a customer helps customer community.  No one can or will call you on the back of a forum post.

 

If you require help you'll need to post what yopur issue is.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
