No sky for 27days

I am currently on day 27 of having no sky. This is due to sky delivering my pucks wrongly alocatted. Because of their issue they dont seem to be trying to fix my lack of sky until they sort what went wrong. Its an easy fix but after numerous calls to various departments i am no further forward. Getting very frustrated now especially after being charged twice. Any ideas how to resolve this?

@brian102 If it were an easy fix as you seem to think do you not think it would be resolved by now?  in any case you'd need to chase Sky up on this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If I was a new customer I could have new equipment tomorrow so why does it take 4 weeks to change these?
