It'll stop. Even though NOW carries the same Sky content, it's a completely separate subscription. If you're cancelling EETV then your NOW susbcription that is part of it will cancel too.
You can subscribe to NOW directly (which is what I do) as you then get access to various offers on each subscription package. You can still do this if you subscribe to Sky directly too but will need a streaming device or smart TV with the NOW app on it.
