Sky stream puck poor connection

Hi hopefully someone can help my sky stream picks both say poor connection and I can barely watch tv with out it stop starting I have WiFi max and a booster pod as suggested by sky technical help but even though the booster sits less than 5 feet away from the puck still have poor connection
