New Strem setup wont pair Syk Stream remote to control volume/on-off on Samsung TV - the pairing process won't do any auto detect - says trying 0 of 0 options. Searching for TV model has zero options and cannot find anything. Is this a known problem? Samsung QE50QN94A. Puck has done a software update.

Hi @ANDYFA142 It can be a little tempremental. I recently repaired my remote for a Samusng S90C TV.
Pairing the remote to the puck was simple enough through the connected devices menu but, like you, when linking it to the TV it responded 0 or 0. I waited a bit and it then gave me the option of various makes of TV. I selected Samsung but it would not find my model so I selected the option to find my code (can't remember the exact wording) and it worked the TV on the second try.
