NEW SUBSCRIPTION STILL "PROCESSING "

I've been having problems activating netflix and have just discovered that my subscription is marked as processing (installed 5 days ago)  it also thinks I am awaiting delivery of a puck (which I'm not)

Is there anything I can do or does this sort itself out ??
