In early Nov 2025 I signed up for a Sky package of Broadband, TV, and phone etc. all online and via chat. Very little communication followed, except Broadband fitting date which was this am. Fitting went well however when I enquired with the fitter as to if they were fitting the streaming puck I was told that it should have been sent to me to fit myself following the broadband installation. I have never received it. I have spent the last 2.5 hours speaking twice to India and South Africa and lastly to a very heavily accented East European gentleman who was at last able to tell me that he would cancel the original puck and get a new one issued, hopefully to be here tomorrow. If this fails to arrive does anyone have any advice as to where I can go without this ridiculous circulatory route across the world.
