@Madi1  If it's asking for a code it does not mean it needs fixing, do you have a Glass TV or is this a different TV?  

 

Do you actually have Sky Stream?

 

What code is it asking you to put in?  What are you doing to be asked to do this?

 

A bit more detail is required as we can't help based on the very limted info provided so far.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
