My sky stream cuts out all the time ....

Please help. I have checked my Internet, my nrtflix etc works but my sky stream seems to cut out, stop and start all the time. It's getting on my nerves I can't watch a programme cos happens every couple of seconds.

Mine is doing the same thing it's driving me insane really regretting my decision to change to sky stream

Apparently if you turn off your Internet and the router then leave them for 15 mins then turn back on it should sort out.
