Technical problems

My sky stream isn't working it won't let me past the connection point and I won't be paying my bill until this is sorted it has been like this for a couple of weeks now

Your not talking to Sky, we are fellow subscribers. However the best advice is to pay and raise a complaint. Failure to pay may result in an impact on your credit file and sky talking action against you.

 

When you say won't pass the connection point? What do you mean is this the first time you are setting your puck up? Please provide as much detail as you can and the community will do it's best to help. Or contact sky for support.
