@Immy3  OPosting 3 words isn't much to go on.

 

What is happeing when you turn it on?  Any light showing?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If your puck is having some power on issues, try the following, namely performing the recovery procedure on step 4;
