Sky stream puck unable to find WiFi networks
Hi
I'm a new Sky customer and have just taken delivery of 3 x pucks. Two of them work fine, but the third is unable to find any WiFi networks, despite it being next to the router. Look like a component has failed.
i can't find out how to reach out to Sky to arrange a replacement to be sent- can anyone help?
Thanks
Jed

Re: Sky stream puck unable to find WiFi networks
Try connecting it using an ethernet cable to your router temporarily and once connected, then try connecting again via wifi.
Sky Stream with two pucks (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Protect smart tech kit tester.
