My sky puck will not switch on or off

My sky puck is stuck on remote control setup screen. The remote won't connect and the puck will not switch on or off using the button underneath but when I disconnect from the mains and switch back on once it loads it goes straight back to the same blue screen but still will not switch on or off using the button
