Hi @Jske
You will need to provide more information for the community to assist. Has it ever been working? What is your broadband speed? Does your puck get the minimum speeds of 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD? Have you done a speed test in netflix? Have you powered off for a few minutes at the mains and tried again?
Remember we are fellow subscribers and not Sky have have no idea what your set up is unless you tell us.
