My sky puck is lagging, and has been since I’ve bought it

My broadband is with sky and I also pay for a booster, since having Sky pick the tv Laggs no matter what channel I watch

Which form of lagging are you referring to?

 

Streaming will always be behind other forms of transmission: this is most obvious when watching live sports events.

 

Some posters report audio and video being out of sync: that's a different phenomenon.

@Jack120  If your issue is with the lip sync it is a known issue which Sky are trying to resolve with a permanent solution.  In the interim they suggest changing you audio settings to PCM or passthrough (try them both to see which works best for you).

 

You can change this by going into settings > picture & sound > sound > digital audio output HDMI.
