My sky puck is constantly saying programmes are loading

My sky puck is constantly loading and saying my internet isn't connected

@Unhappy9  I saw a similar post earlier today on the Glass forum and although they haven't posted if it helped or not I would suggest you put your puck into standby and then unplug both your puck and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your puck back in and when that has also rebooted it will usually have connected to the internet again.  It has worked for me in the past.
